By booking a ride with U Lux you agree to the pricing, cancellation, and service terms shown at the time of reservation. Confirmations are sent by email.
Cancellations & changes
Changes and cancellations may be made through your account or by contacting our team. Late cancellation and no-show fees may apply as disclosed at booking.
Conduct & safety
Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and chauffeur instructions. Service may be refused for unsafe behavior.
